  If you are coming from out of town, you will receive this information at check in along with directions to all events.

We will be incredibly busy this week so please refer to both this website and your welcome package for dates and times!

Wednesday
Josh's bachelor party. Please contact the groomsmen if you are interested in attending.
Do not contact Josh, he is not planning this event!


Thursday

5:30 PM
Bridal party and those involved with the ceremony will meet at Midtown Park at 5:30 sharp. We will run through the ceremony and then go meet everyone for dinner.

6:00 PM
Rehearsal Dinner at Hawthorne’s on 6th. Dinner will be served at 6:15 and we will wrap up by 9:00PM.


Friday

6:00 PM
Ceremony at Midtown Park

7:00 PM
Reception  at Holiday Inn Center City. Guests are welcome to arrive at 6:30 once the ceremony ends.
Dinner will be served at 7:30
Dessert will be served at 8:15
Drinks will be free and flowing from 7:30 to 10:30. Before and after this time we will have a cash bar.
We will have beer, wine, and a full liquor bar.
Please bring your dancing shoes!

11:00 PM
After party at Fitzgerald’s. We will have late night snacks and drinks on special. The bars in North Carolina close at 2:00AM.

Aside from these events, feel free to enjoy Charlotte and experience all that our city has to offer!!
